At London Flavour, we take pride in creating high‑quality, small‑batch spice blends with bold flavour and exceptional freshness. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

  1. Food Products – Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened, due to health and safety regulations.

We can offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged,
  • The item arrived incorrect,
  • The item arrived faulty,
  • Or there is a quality issue with the product.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We may request a photo of the issue to help us investigate and improve our processes.

 

2.  Order Errors

If you receive the wrong item, we will:

  • Send the correct item at no cost, or
  • Offer a full refund

You do not need to return the incorrect item unless we specifically request it.

 

3. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging (if possible)

We will replace or refund the item immediately.

 

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

 

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still be eligible for a refund under the conditions above.
