Thank you for shopping with London Flavour Company. We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and safely so your spices arrive fresh and full of flavour.

 

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods (seasonal peaks, promotions, new product launches), processing may take slightly longer — but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier)

          2–4 working days after dispatch

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Tracked services will include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

 

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before dispatch.

 

5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We hope to expand this in the future.

All UK taxes are included at checkout.

No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
